Chipotle requires all candidates to be at least 16 years old and possess the ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) spoken at the work location. The base pay range for this role is $16.25 to $17.25 per hour and is eligible for digital tips. Actual pay may vary based on qualifications, experience, and education. Chipotle complements this with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees at every stage of their careers.
