As a Crew Member, you will be integral in preparing real food by hand every day. Our kitchens do not rely on freezers, microwaves, or can openers, emphasizing fresh preparation and authentic cooking techniques. You will receive training to confidently work at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This hands-on training ensures that each team member is equipped to contribute effectively and provide exceptional customer service.
