Job Requirements
- Willing and able to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to handle outdoor weather conditions including rain and heat
- Willingness to wear headsets and operate restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- Availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines
- Must be able to work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take direction

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate drive-thru and take orders accurately
- Prepare and cook food according to Wendy's quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Restock supplies such as ketchup, straws, and cups
- Assist team members and contribute to a positive team environment
