Employees receive comprehensive training to become confident working across multiple stations, including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.

This role is perfect for individuals with previous experience in various food service or hospitality roles such as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook, as well as for those new to the workforce. Chipotle values a friendly, enthusiastic attitude, a passion for helping and serving others, and a strong desire to learn to cook. Chipotle’s competitive pay ranges between $16.00 and $17.00 per hour, supplemented with digital tips and a comprehensive benefits package.
