Currently, HMSHost is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join its fast-paced food service teams. This position starts at $17.30 per hour and offers a non-exempt employment status. The Crew Member role is essential to the smooth operation of food establishments by performing various tasks, including cleaning, food preparation, customer service, and inventory management. The job requires individuals who are friendly, outgoing, and able to engage with customers positively, ensuring an excellent dining experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers with a smile, adhering to HMSHost’s service policies, maintaining cleanliness in customer eating areas and workstations, and assisting with kitchen-related duties such as operating fryers and microwaves.

Crew Members also support inventory control by receiving supplies and managing stock efficiently. The position demands physical stamina as it involves standing, bending, twisting, and lifting heavy food and beverage products. While prior customer service and cash handling experience are preferred, they are not mandatory, as HMSHost provides comprehensive training to equip employees with the skills needed to excel.
