The Crew Member position at Chipotle is an entry-level role designed to provide a rewarding career path through exceptional training and opportunities for advancement. This role involves preparing real food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers, ensuring freshness and quality in every meal served. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
