Compensation for this position ranges from $16.75 to $17.75 per hour, with eligibility for digital tips, recognizing the skill level, experience, and education each candidate brings. Beyond base pay, Chipotle offers an attractive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off, among others. Additional incentives include free food during shifts, tuition assistance covering up to 100 percent of select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, and holiday closures to support work-life balance.
