Compensation for this position ranges from $16.75 to $17.75 per hour, with eligibility for digital tips, recognizing the skill level, experience, and education each candidate brings. Additional incentives include free food during shifts, tuition assistance covering up to 100 percent of select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, and holiday closures to support work-life balance. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and assemble food items by hand following Chipotle's recipes and standards
  • Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • Receive training to develop skills and knowledge to work confidently at any station
  • Support digital tip processes and report accurately any discrepancies
