Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to learn and perform various food preparation and customer service duties
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
  • Must comply with all company policies and safety standards
  • Passion for helping and serving others

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for food and customer service
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude towards customers and team members

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure food quality
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Support company initiatives to promote sustainable and responsible food practices
