Compensation for this position ranges from $15.50 to $16.50 per hour, supplemented with digital tips and a comprehensive benefits package. Chipotle offers various benefits including tuition assistance covering up to 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free food during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and competitive compensation.
