Chipotle offers competitive compensation starting with a base pay range of $15.25 to $16.25 per hour, along with eligibility for digital tips. Additional benefits include tuition assistance that covers 100 percent of select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free food during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and opportunities for full- and part-time employment.
