Chipotle offers competitive compensation starting with a base pay range of $15.25 to $16.25 per hour, along with eligibility for digital tips. Additional benefits include tuition assistance that covers 100 percent of select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free food during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and opportunities for full- and part-time employment. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting
  • Commitment to follow food safety and health regulations
  • Availability to work full-time or part-time
  • Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic

Job Qualifications
