Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to follow health and safety standards

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is an asset but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain a friendly and enthusiastic attitude towards customers and team members
- Create a welcoming and positive atmosphere in the restaurant
- Learn and adhere to Chipotle’s food safety and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
