Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required
  • Ability to learn and follow instructions quickly

  • Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items according to Chipotle’s recipes and standards
  • Operate workstation equipment including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and dining areas
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Follow all safety protocols and food handling procedures
  • Participate in training to develop skills and advance within the company
