As a Crew Member, you will interact directly with guests and staff, contributing to a positive dining experience by greeting guests warmly, taking and serving orders accurately, and answering menu-related questions to enhance customer satisfaction. Beyond front-of-house service, you will assist with cleaning and food preparation tasks, ensuring that all work areas are tidy and equipment is properly maintained and stored. The position requires a team player who is flexible and willing to assist in various areas of the restaurant to maintain smooth operations. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
one year of relevant experience preferred
point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
good communication and interpersonal skills
friendly, positive attitude
physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
helps with other areas of the restaurant when needed
completes opening and/or closing checklists
arrives early and prepared and is willing to stay past scheduled time, if necessary
performs other duties as assigned
