As a Crew Member, you will interact directly with guests and staff, contributing to a positive dining experience by greeting guests warmly, taking and serving orders accurately, and answering menu-related questions to enhance customer satisfaction. Beyond front-of-house service, you will assist with cleaning and food preparation tasks, ensuring that all work areas are tidy and equipment is properly maintained and stored. The position requires a team player who is flexible and willing to assist in various areas of the restaurant to maintain smooth operations. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • one year of relevant experience preferred
  • point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • friendly, positive attitude
  • physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
  • availability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greets all guests in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
  • takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
  • ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
  • helps with other areas of the restaurant when needed
  • completes opening and/or closing checklists
  • arrives early and prepared and is willing to stay past scheduled time, if necessary
  • performs other duties as assigned
