In this role, you will be a vital part of preparing real food by hand daily without relying on freezers, microwaves, or can openers. You will be trained to work confidently at multiple stations, ensuring every meal meets Chipotle’s high standards. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate in the primary language(s) used at the work location.

Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Must be able to stand and move for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Pass background and/or reference checks if required

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
  • Assist in training new team members as needed
  • Support daily restaurant operations and help meet business goals
  • Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
