Chipotle also offers a competitive benefits package, including tuition assistance covering 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free food during shifts, and medical, dental, and vision insurance. Additional benefits include paid time off, holiday closures, and multiple opportunities for advancement, including full and part-time positions.
