Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Friendly, enthusiastic attitude
  • Passion for helping and serving others
  • Desire to learn how to cook
  • Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

  • Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts

Job Duties

  • Prepare real food by hand every day at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Participate in training to gain confidence and skills across all restaurant stations
  • Support team members and customers with enthusiasm and a helpful attitude
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Follow restaurant policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation
