Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Pass any applicable background checks and eligibility screenings
  • Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Adherence to company policies and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service roles a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
  • Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh food ingredients and assemble menu items
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and handling transactions
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • Support team members with prep work and stocking supplies
  • Follow food safety and quality control guidelines
  • Operate all kitchen and front-of-house stations as assigned
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
