The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive compensation ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips. In addition to this base pay, Chipotle provides a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees' well-being and career growth, including tuition assistance which covers 100 percent for select degrees or up to $5,250 per year, free food during shifts, medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, and more.
