Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to stand for extended periods
- Commitment to maintaining Chipotle's standards of food quality and safety
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or fast-casual dining is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills
