The Role: Chipotle invites passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join their team, whether they come with prior experience in roles such as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook, or even if they are new to the workforce. Training is provided to help team members gain confidence working at various stations including the grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to communicate in the primary language(s) of their work location. Compensation and Benefits: The base pay range for this position is $15.25 to $16.25 per hour, and team members are also eligible for digital tips. Chipotle offers a competitive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, holiday closures, tuition assistance covering up to $5,250 per year or 100% coverage for select degrees, free food during shifts, and opportunities for advancement.
