Job Requirements

  • be at least 16 years old
  • have the legal right to work in the location
  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • passion for providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer service a plus but not required
  • strong communication skills

  • basic math skills for handling transactions
  • ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • prepare and cook fresh food items according to Chipotle standards
  • operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
  • adhere to food safety and quality guidelines
  • collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • manage cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • support training and development of new team members
