The role of a Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is an essential position within the restaurant's daily operations. This position involves preparing food and beverages following Dunkin's specific recipes and brand standards to maintain consistent quality across all locations. Team Members are responsible for assembling and packaging orders accurately and efficiently to meet or exceed speed of service guidelines. This role also includes providing excellent customer service at various points such as the Drive-Thru or Front Counter, handling payment transactions when applicable, and responding to guest inquiries about the menu, limited-time offers, and promotions.

Beyond food preparation and service, the Dunkin' Restaurant Team Member is tasked with maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that all equipment, guest areas, and service areas meet sanitation and safety standards. Additionally, stocking essential items like cups, lids, and supplies at the workstation is required to facilitate smooth operations. Effective communication with managers and coworkers is critical in this role to support a team-centered environment and uphold a guest-focused culture throughout the restaurant. Team Members must also organize and maintain stock rooms and refrigerated areas to optimize inventory management and product freshness.
