Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand daily according to Chipotle quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Operate at multiple workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient and timely service
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills and career growth
- Uphold company policies and values including those related to sustainability and responsible sourcing
