Job Requirements
- willingness to stand and move for most of the shift
- ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds occasionally
- capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- competence in operating restaurant equipment

- legal authorization to work in the country
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or fast food is a plus
- strong interpersonal and communication skills

- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- prepare food according to Wendy's standards
- manage the drive-thru and take accurate orders
- maintain cleanliness and restock supplies such as ketchup, straws, and cups
- support team members and help maintain a positive work environment
- operate restaurant equipment such as registers, grills, and headsets
- follow all brand standards and safety guidelines
