Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Ability to work both full and part-time schedules
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Legal authorization to work in the applicable country

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Willingness to learn new skills including cooking and restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • Operate multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and efficient restaurant environment
  • Support daily restaurant operations including food preparation, order assembly, and delivery
  • Uphold Chipotle's standards for food safety and quality
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to advance skills and career growth
