Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Willingness to learn new skills including cooking and restaurant operations
- Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Operate multiple stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and efficient restaurant environment
- Support daily restaurant operations including food preparation, order assembly, and delivery
- Uphold Chipotle's standards for food safety and quality
- Participate in training and development opportunities to advance skills and career growth
