Job Requirements

Be at least 16 years old
Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks
Commitment to uphold Chipotle’s values and standards
Pass any required background checks and eligibility verification
Legal authorization to work in the applicable country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or customer service roles advantageous but not required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Ability to follow instructions and safety standards

Job Duties

Prepare and serve real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
Deliver exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming environment
Follow food safety and cleanliness standards
Participate in training programs to develop culinary and operational skills
Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain efficient restaurant operations
Support the mission to cultivate a better world through sustainable practices
