Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to uphold Chipotle’s values and standards
- Pass any required background checks and eligibility verification
- Legal authorization to work in the applicable country
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles advantageous but not required
