Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic food handling knowledge is beneficial
- Pass background check and eligibility to work in the applicable country
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Prepare real food by hand every day without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Uphold Chipotle's standards for cleanliness and food safety
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations
- Participate actively in training programs to enhance job skills
- Engage in continuous learning and demonstration of passion for the role
