Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks involving manual labor
- Availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service a plus but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members
- Desire to learn how to cook extensively
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand every day with no use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at multiple stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and career growth
- Support team members by fostering a positive and collaborative environment
- Follow all health and safety regulations and company standards
- Engage in opportunities for advancement within the company
