Job Requirements

- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- willingness to work flexible hours including shifts on weekends and holidays
- capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- support team members and collaborate to create a positive work environment
- communicate effectively with customers and team members
- follow company policies and procedures including food safety guidelines
