Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve fresh food at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow company standards to maintain cleanliness and food safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Manage digital tips and cash handling responsibilities
- Participate in comprehensive training and skill development
- Support sustainable initiatives and uphold Chipotle's commitment to real food and responsible sourcing
