Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving both customers and team members
- Availability to work full or part-time hours
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle fast-paced environments
- Willingness to learn new skills including cooking and food preparation
- Positive attitude and passion for helping and serving others
- Minimum age of 16 years
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere for customers
- Participate in extensive training programs to gain confidence and skills across multiple roles
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant workspace
- Support team members and collaborate effectively to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold food safety and quality standards consistently
- Engage with customers and team members with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
