Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Maintain a friendly, enthusiastic attitude
- Demonstrate passion for helping and serving others
- Desire to learn how to cook
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Follow company standards for food safety and quality
- Participate in training to develop skills in multiple roles
