Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to uphold Chipotle’s food safety and quality standards
- Willingness to perform physically active tasks including standing for extended periods
- Possession of legal work authorization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for quality food and customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Enthusiasm for learning and development
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
- Previous food service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Participate actively in training sessions to develop skills and confidence
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards consistently
- Assist with opening and closing restaurant procedures
- Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction and address questions or concerns
