Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- possess a passion for helping and serving others
- desire to learn how to cook extensively
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for team collaboration
- passion for food preparation and learning new cooking techniques
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- participate in training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge
- adhere to food safety and quality standards
