Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
  • possess a passion for helping and serving others
  • desire to learn how to cook extensively
  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for team collaboration
  • passion for food preparation and learning new cooking techniques

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • provide exceptional customer service in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
  • collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • participate in training programs to enhance skills and product knowledge
  • adhere to food safety and quality standards
