- Prepare real food by hand every day without freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Follow Chipotle’s food safety and cleanliness standards
- Support team members and collaborate closely to maintain restaurant operations
- Handle digital tips and manage cash transactions accurately
- Participate in training and development to advance within the company
