Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Qualifications
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for helping and serving others, including both customers and team members
- Desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Previous experience in customer service or food preparation is a plus but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Participate in training programs to build confidence and master new skills
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Follow health and safety protocols rigorously
- Support sustainable practices aligned with company mission
