Job Requirements
- must be willing and able to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
- must be able to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- must follow brand standards and guidelines
- must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to provide legal authorization to work
- must be committed to delivering excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or food industry is advantageous but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- willingness to learn and grow within the company
- positive attitude and teamwork orientation
- ability to follow brand standards and safety guidelines
Job Duties
- prepare great food and serve customers following brand standards
- maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill effectively
- stand and move for most, if not all, of the shift
- assist fellow crew members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- address and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- participate in paid training programs to improve skills
