Job Requirements

  • must be willing and able to stand and move for most if not all of the shift
  • must be able to use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
  • must follow brand standards and guidelines
  • must be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • must be able to provide legal authorization to work
  • must be committed to delivering excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or food industry is advantageous but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to learn and grow within the company
  • positive attitude and teamwork orientation
  • ability to follow brand standards and safety guidelines

Job Duties

  • prepare great food and serve customers following brand standards
  • maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill effectively
  • stand and move for most, if not all, of the shift
  • assist fellow crew members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
  • address and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • participate in paid training programs to improve skills
