Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food service

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the workplace

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food by hand according to Chipotle's recipes and standards
- Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain high restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas
- Follow food safety and health regulations strictly
- Assist in training new team members as needed
