Job Requirements
- Responsible for customer product and service standards
- foster an environment of teamwork
- deliver exceptional customer and store experience
- clean store and small wares as necessary
- adhere to all food safety and security guidelines
- operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- day-time availability
- ability to work high volume lunches
- must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly
- ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop throughout shift
- ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures from 40 degrees F to -10 degrees F
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fast-paced food service environment is a plus
- ability to handle cash and operate a register
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work well in a team
- ability to memorize and represent the menu accurately
Job Duties
- Make fast and accurate sandwiches
- take orders over the phone
- operate the cash register and handle cash transactions
- maintain a clean environment
- assist in prepping products
- adhere to food safety and security guidelines
- greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
