Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years old
- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- willing to learn and adapt to different work stations
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- comply with company policies and food safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not required
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- desire to learn cooking skills
Job Duties
- prepare food by hand without the use of freezers or microwaves
- provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- learn and adhere to food safety and quality standards
- contribute to team collaboration and support
- handle digital tips and cash register operations
