Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Possess the ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location
- Desire to learn how to cook extensively
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication skills

- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service maintaining a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Prepare and cook food by hand in accordance with Chipotle's standards
- Operate various station tasks including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dining spaces
- Handle customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment
- Adhere to all food safety, health, and hygiene protocols
