Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Desire and willingness to learn cooking skills and other job functions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service beneficial but not required
- Ability to follow detailed food preparation instructions
- Strong communication skills in the primary language of the work location

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Willingness to learn cooking skills and restaurant operations
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service
- Prepare food by hand following Chipotle’s standards and procedures
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold company policies and standards for food safety and quality
- Support a positive and inclusive work environment
