Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food quality and cleanliness
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational needs
- Uphold Chipotle's standards by avoiding the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Maintain a passion for helping and serving both customers and colleagues
- Participate in training programs to develop and enhance culinary and service skills
