Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- demonstrate a passion for helping and serving customers and team members
- be able to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location
- have reliable availability for scheduled shifts
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with food service
- comply with health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior food service or customer service experience a plus but not required
- ability to learn food preparation techniques quickly
- strong communication skills
- enthusiasm for helping and serving others
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh food daily by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere
- follow training protocols to ensure food quality and safety
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- support team members and foster a collaborative working environment
- handle cash and digital payment systems responsibly
- contribute to the overall guest experience by upholding company standards
