Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Capability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with food preparation
- Commitment to uphold Chipotle’s standards of quality and service
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service roles is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and teamwork
- Basic understanding of food safety practices is a plus
- Positive attitude and passion for helping others
Job Duties
- Prepare food items at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Follow Chipotle’s food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive restaurant environment
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities
