Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in fast-casual or food service industry is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning cooking and food preparation skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash and tips
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with passion for helping and serving others
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist in training new employees and supporting team development
- Manage digital tip distribution and accurate cash handling
- Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
