Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in fast-casual or food service industry is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a friendly atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and quality standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Assist in training new employees and supporting team development
- Manage digital tip distribution and accurate cash handling
