Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- have the ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location
- demonstrate a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
- possess a passion for helping and serving others
- have a desire to learn how to cook
- be able to work full or part-time
- comply with all food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in restaurant or customer service roles is a plus but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- willingness to learn and grow within the company
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- provide exceptional customer service ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- assist team members and support restaurant operations
- handle transactions accurately at the cashier station
- participate in training and development opportunities
