Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily according to Chipotle standards
- Operate at various workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming environment
- Participate in training programs to develop culinary and service skills
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in the restaurant at all times
- Support team members and contribute to a collaborative work atmosphere
- Comply with company policies and food safety regulations
