Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Follow all food safety and cleanliness standards
- Participate actively in training programs to develop skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Assist in maintaining the overall organization and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Support efforts to promote Chipotle's mission and values
