Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Reliable availability to work scheduled shifts

- Ability to stand and perform physical tasks for the duration of shifts
- Pass applicable food safety and health regulations
Job Qualifications

- Passion for helping and serving others including both customers and team members
- Desire to learn cooking skills extensively
- Ability to effectively communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Basic math and money-handling skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere for guests
- Follow food safety and quality standards consistently
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and smooth restaurant operations
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Support efforts to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Contribute to the culture of teamwork and inclusivity
